Located in Datong, Shanxi Province, Hiyo's production base covers a total land area of 116,000 square meters with a building area of 76,500 square meters, ranking among the leading mining and construction machinery manufacturing parks in North China in terms of scale. The factory features scientific and rational planning, with 7 large modern production workshops arranged orderly according to process flow, realizing efficient material flow and avoiding cross-interference.
The park is equipped with complete supporting facilities, including an independent office and R&D building, staff canteen, employee dormitories and cultural activity centers, providing employees with a comfortable working and living environment. The workshops adopt standardized layout with spacious and bright interiors, good ventilation and lighting, designed strictly in accordance with modern industrial production standards, and equipped with advanced environmental protection and dust removal systems to ensure a safe and clean production environment.
The factory roads are wide and tidy, with material storage areas and production areas scientifically separated. Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are stored in designated areas with clear and standardized identification. Hiyo Full-Process Quality Control System

Hiyo has established a comprehensive quality management system covering the entire product lifecycle, implementing strict quality inspection standards for every process from raw material incoming inspection, production and processing, assembly and commissioning to finished product delivery. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 international quality management system certification, and all coal mining equipment has obtained national mining product safety mark certification, with quality management level reaching advanced industry standards.
At the raw material incoming stage, Hiyo conducts strict incoming inspection on key materials such as steel, hydraulic components and seals, checking material certificates, conducting dimensional sampling and performance testing, and unqualified materials are firmly returned. During production, total quality management is implemented, with quality control points set up at key processes and full-time quality inspectors conducting process patrol inspections and process handover inspections. Unqualified upper processes never flow into the next process.
Before finished products leave the factory, each piece of equipment must undergo multiple strict inspections including pressure resistance test, pressure holding test, linkage operation test and sealing performance test. All inspection data is fully archived, enabling full traceability of product quality. Hiyo Smart Manufacturing Production Lines & Equipment

Hiyo boasts industry-leading intelligent manufacturing production lines, with 7 modern production workshops equipped with high-end CNC processing equipment, realizing full-process mechanized and automated production from blanking, processing and welding to assembly. In 2017, the company invested 120 million RMB in intelligent technical transformation and expansion of production lines, with 90% of production equipment upgraded, significantly improving production efficiency and machining precision.
The machining workshop is equipped with high-end equipment such as large CNC boring and milling machines, CNC machining centers and precision lathes, capable of completing high-precision processing of complex parts such as large structural parts, hydraulic cylinders and valve blocks. The welding workshop has introduced automated welding robots, delivering stable and uniform welding quality with beautiful weld formation, greatly improving welding efficiency and consistency. The heat treatment workshop is equipped with professional heat treatment furnaces, capable of performing normalizing, tempering, quenching and tempering heat treatment on structural parts to ensure material mechanical properties.

Hydraulic System Assembly & Testing Capability

Structural parts are the core load-bearing components of mining and construction machinery, and welding quality directly determines equipment safety and service life. Hiyo has a professional structural parts welding workshop equipped with advanced welding equipment such as automated welding robots, semi-automatic welding equipment and large welding positioners, capable of completing high-quality welding of large structural parts such as hydraulic support top beams, bases, shield beams, excavator booms and arms.
Hiyo strictly implements welding process specifications. All welders undergo professional training and obtain corresponding qualification certificates before taking up their posts. Welding procedure qualification is conducted before welding with detailed welding process parameters formulated; during welding, parameters such as current, voltage and welding speed are strictly controlled to ensure sufficient weld penetration and beautiful weld formation. Important structural parts adopt multi-layer and multi-pass welding processes, and non-destructive flaw detection is performed after welding to ensure no internal defects such as pores, cracks and slag inclusions.
For thick plate welding, Hiyo is equipped with professional preheating and post-heat treatment equipment to effectively reduce welding stress and prevent welding cracks. After welding is completed, overall stress relief treatment is performed on structural parts to ensure structural dimensional stability. Through advanced welding equipment, strict process control and comprehensive testing methods, Hiyo's structural part welding quality reaches advanced industry levels, providing solid guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of equipment.

Factory Inspection & Quality Control Process

Hiyo has established a strict factory inspection system, with each piece of equipment going through multiple inspection procedures before delivery to customers, ensuring product quality meets design standards and customer requirements. The company has established an independent quality inspection department equipped with a professional quality inspection team and advanced testing equipment to conduct comprehensive quality inspections on products.At the component inspection stage, all purchased and self-made parts must undergo incoming inspection and process inspection. Using precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, hardness testers, roughness meters and non-destructive flaw detectors, comprehensive inspections are conducted on dimensional accuracy, hardness, surface quality and internal defects, with unqualified parts strictly prohibited from entering the assembly process.

After complete machine assembly is finished, complete machine performance testing is conducted. Hydraulic supports require multiple inspections including pressure resistance test, pressure holding test, initial support force test, working resistance test and various part action tests; excavators require hydraulic system testing, action coordination testing and traveling performance testing. After all test items pass, complete machine appearance inspection, cleanliness inspection and identification inspection are also conducted, and finally a complete factory inspection report is issued. The strict factory inspection process ensures every piece of Hiyo equipment is delivered to customers in perfect condition.

Hiyo Large-Scale Capacity & Delivery Guarantee

Hiyo possesses strong large-scale production capacity, with 7 modern production workshops and a complete manufacturing industrial chain, achieving an annual production capacity scale of 2,000 sets of various hydraulic supports and 3,000 excavators, capable of quickly responding to customers' bulk order demands and ensuring project schedules.
The company implements lean production management, optimizes production processes and shortens production cycles, with all 环节 from raw material blanking to complete machine assembly and delivery closely connected.
