It includes old pavement removal, pipeline renovation, roadbed reconstruction, and asphalt paving. Multi-Process Collaborative Operations: The equipment can quickly switch between various attachments such as breakers, buckets, and grabs, simultaneously completing pavement removal, trench excavation, and waste clearance, achieving “one machine for multiple uses” and reducing the number of equipment entries.
Low Noise and Environmental Protection Performance: The optimized engine noise reduction design effectively reduces noise during urban construction, meeting environmental protection construction requirements. No noise complaints were received during the project period.

Project Results

During the stage of old pavement removal and pipeline renovation, the operational efficiency of the equipment was enhanced by 6 times compared to traditional manual methods. The construction period for a single section was reduced to 15 days.
